Can you use it to cut laminate

This cutter is only for cutting ceramic or porcelain tiles. You can not cut laminate with this machine.

How good it is for cutting 1 cm tiles?

1cm , you mean mosaic tiles ? I returned mine due to poor quality, so I can’t imagine it being good .
