Keto friendly food for breakfast
Great tasting, keto friendly breakfast foods that help me reduce my carbs and refined sugar intake. Has helped me stay on track for my weight loss plan following the keto plan. Have been eating this cereal that is lightly sweetened with monk fruit. When I combine with fresh blueberries it makes a great start to my day.

Great cereal and the Best Price
I eat this every morning, mixed with yogurt and blueberries. Has no sugar. It’s over $8 in the grocery store. Great price though Amazon. I’m mowing buying it with a subscription.

Everything in moderation!!!
I attempted to replace my basic granola with this as I eat a couple greek yogurt parfaits a day. And this seemed like the healthier option. Tho is delicious- I GAINED WEIGHT within a couple weeks. So as a treat - Recommend. As a daily consumption NOT RECOMMENDED. Very high in fats. Albeit the healthy fats- my belly doesn't seem to differentiate the two. LOL

Pricey but a great quick keto breakfast
We have been using NuTrail Nut Granola Cereal for a few years now. This brand is pricey but we have not found anything better priced that offers the consistent quality and that is Keto and gluten free. It makes it easy to stay on Keto diet plan to have a no cook option for breakfast.

Not ideal for a keto lifestyle
This tastes good. I am just writing my review based on the amount you get for the cost. I can only get one bowl of cereal per bag. That is not cost effective for me. I won’t purchase again. Taste is not out of this world, but does help a sweet craving. I ate with unsweetened coconut milk. Keto friendly, but pricey for what you get. Would make a nice yogurt topping or addition to another cereal. Then what is the point though? Not a great option in my opinion for a keto lifestyle. 9 grams of carbs for 1/8th of the tiny bag? 1/3 of a cup is not filling. If you are aiming for 20 grams of carbs a day, this is definitely a no go.
