I’ve been looking for this for a very long time and now that I have it I put it on guacamole to keep it fresh and not brown. I made guacamole and it was still fresh three days later.

I have used many different brands through the years. This brand is just as good as more expensive brands. I sprinkled it on my fruit and it kept it from browning.

You have to use a lot but very favorable. I've reordered 3 times now.

The grain size of this is a bit larger than a previous kind I used. This new bottle works just fine for my purpose. I usually eat half and apple every day, and didn't want to cut off brown part, or throw away a perfectly good half apple. I sprinkle some flakes on a cut apple, then sprinkle some flakes on a small flat plate, and place cut side down, and put plastic wrap over both, and refrigerate it till the next day. Keeps apple from turning brown.

I ran out of my normal product, so I thought I'd try this. It works, but I'm use to other products out there where the grain size is the consistency of powdered sugar, is slow to shake out of the container, and it disappears when it touches the fruit. This item's grain size is bigger, actually bigger than table salt, so you can easily see it on the fruit. It also pours out of the container like salt--real fast--which I wasn't expecting so it went on too heavy and some of it ended up on the countertop. If the product were ground to a finer consistency, I would have given it a higher rating.

Does excellent job but somewhat expensive

It’s a tad sweet- i had to use it because Bernardin has discontinued their similar item. It’s twice the cost but it kept my pears from browning today.
