Perfect suplement before workouts
About an hour before my workout I empty one of these shots into a 12oz. glass of water. I am one to get winded and stop for short breaks. I noticed a huge difference in my endurance at that point when I know I've hit my wall. My body manages to keep going even after I hit my wall. This stuff is awesome. I ran out of this and haven't had it for two weeks and I see the huge difference. This will replace my Rockstar energy drink during the day as well because this one shot will last me all day. And even keeps me mentally going. Love it! Get it!

Great natural alternative to energy gels
This product is a great alternative to traditional energy gels for running. I was trying to find a more natural energy supplement, as the traditional gels taste disguising, aren’t extremely effective and are loaded with junk. I’m glad I found it!
