Wow!!! Excellent Product and Customer Service! OUTSTANDING!!!!!
I was a little hesitant to purchase a "refurbished" unit, however after receiving the extremely well packaged, clean "like new" printer and powering it on, those worries disappeared. Unit looks and prints like new and even comes with consumables. The printer was missing a back panel piece which did not affect printing, but I reached out to see if one may be available. I received a response within an hour indicating they were shipping out the cover for us free of charge. Put all your hesitations or worries aside when purchasing from WS Printers (White Spider Electronics, LLC)! So refreshing to work with a company which provides a great product and customer service!

It is refurbished...
I will never buy another refurbished item. This was a horrible piece of crap. Do not buy from this company.. First it took 2 weeks to ship then it was still late when I ordered it stated in 4 business days. It did not even work at all properly the day I set it up. Do not waste you time or your money... Plus, of course I cannot send it back as I threw away the original packing /box after 1 day so I cannot even return this crap. Lesson learned

Great refurb printer, great price
Printers were shipped on time, packaged well to safeguard everything. Looked like brand new machines(all the panels were cleaned and looked new) and ran great. The price was excellent and the service to fix a small issue was quick and painless. I strongly approve of this seller and will be using them again!
