subtle help to alertness
My body doesn't have any adverse reactions to this Vitamin E. It seems to be helping my alertness in subtle ways, certainly its not a cup of coffee! I plan to try for at least a couple months as my body prefers this type of Vitamin E to the traditional ones. Of course it would, it always prefers something more expensive. But I think it's worth it as long as I can afford it.

Potent vitamin E
It seems to work real well. Am taking 2 a day. This was recommended by a very good person. Easy to swallow. Small. But pricey but for myself I want to get good products.

PRICEY
I like this Vitamin E a lot but the price has me in a stranglehold. It is hard to find anything else on the market with tocotrienols and tocopherols full spectrum. Wish the cost was less, as out of pocket medical expenses make it tough to afford.

Best source of Vitamin E for most people.
These pills are easy to swallow, priced reasonably, and arrived on time. For most adults, other than pregnant women, tocotrienols are by far the best forms of vitamin E. I store the bottle in the refrigerator.
