These are superior quality cards with thought provoking and often beautiful photos. There is a question on the back of each (which is good or bad- depending on who you want to send the card to!) Very good value for money.

As someone whose suffered with anxiety for most my life, I've tried hundreds of different products over the years that purport to help alleviate symptoms or change thought patterns and almost none of them work. It was actually my counsellor who showed me these cards and I liked them so much I decided to buy a set myself. Personally I find the photos, as nice as they are, completely ineffective in stopping my thought patterns. However, the questions really do work. When my mind is racing I'll grab a card and read the question and they are interesting and free roaming enough to allow me to change what I'm thinking about and concentrate on how I would answer the question. Due to the nature of the questions, many times its also something that will lead onto to other topics in your head. This, for me, is a great way to break the cycle of anxiety thoughts and calm myself time. I also find them a good way to get to sleep. Simply pick a question and go to bed thinking about the answer instead of allowing the darkness to close in and being kept awake by anxiety.

Great. Just what I needed for my counselling work

I teach confidence building and mental health sessions with groups of young adults and these are brilliant. I use them for both the photos and for the questions/thoughts on the back, and I can use them multiple times with the same group without using cards multiple times as conversation starters.

Nice enough stock photograph selection with reasonable prompts for discussion and reflection at the back, but the colours are really dull and insipid. The quality of the paper is decent.

These are good

I bought these to use in supervision at work and with students. I don’t use the quotes, I just use the pictures and ask them to tell me what it means to them. Works perfectly, great conversation starter for someone who wouldn’t usually open up

Muy buenas tarjetas y buenas preguntas. Las tuve que devolver sólo porque ya las tenía compradas de otro vendedor y hace tiempo. Al compararlas, me di cuenta que eran idénticas. Las recomiendo para ttabajar incluso en la enseñanza de idiomas. Las uso con mi alumnado del idioma ruso y da buenos resultados.
