Though it would come with the electrical plug adapter, like the less expensive ones do.

This kit was very easy to install, took me probably 10 minutes thanks to it lining right up to the stock bolts. It sits flush and looks great. Installed into a supercrew cab 04 f-150, if anyone is looking for a kit for the same style. Great price too, definitely worth it.

I am sure this kit would be an excellent kit for the stall of an aftermarket double-din stereo in my 06 Zephyr but it doesn't fit. The description, even on Metra's website, fails to acknowledge that a regular non-navigation stereo is not compatible with the kit. The mounting brackets on the kit aren't in the correct locations to mount to the bezel and you cannot attach the radio to the factory brackets with the kit's mounting hardware. In short - if you have a "Premium Stereo w/o navigation" in your 06 zephyr (I am assuming 07-08 MKZ also) then this kit will not work. I had to cut the upper bezel and create some mounting points to get my radio to fit. Great product, just not great for this application.

Work as described easy to install

Works perfectly for my single DIN stereo. Installation was a breeze and only took minutes. My only concern is all the plastic waste left over as my installation was simple with no adapters other than the spacers needed to complete the project. Now I have a bunch of plastic parts that I need to dispose of.

This was such a waste of money and completely useless, that i would call this product a scam. The package arrived in big loose plastic bag of smashed up black plastic bits. After some salvaging, i managed to get a few of the frame pieces together that are designed to convert a standard double din slot to a standard din slot. Then i realized, that is not what this kit does. This kit is advertised as a "double din to single din" but what it really is, is a custom dash rebuild kit. they expect you to cut up your dash with a saw and install this mangled piece of black plastic trash, then install your single din product into it. i was blown away by how bad the fitment is and how poorly the parts hold together.The only use this has is to lay in the bottom of a landfill for 100 years until it slowly dissolves into microplastics for your great grandchildren to ingest.

It did what it was supposed to do.

Easy to use and install and fit like a glove

Says will fit 2007 Ford Focus but it does not and there are no instructions on how to put anything together

Does not fit a 2006 Ford Escape XLT, as advertised on the metra website. Thanks for wasting my time.
