How can this possibly fit in a 19inch rack horizontally its measuring 50.8 x 9.6 x 5.8 cm? 19 inch is 48.26 cms. Please can you clarify asap?

I have two of them mount horizontal in a 19’ rack. Fits perfectly. Maybe measurements are inaccurate.

To undo the brackets, what size Allen key is required?

Which brackets? if you mean the ears that go on to the rack you will need cage nuts and philips bolts. If you mean to remove the ears, no idea. Not sure why you would do that on this as it's purpose is for rack mounting.

I intend to reverse the rack wings so is the power cable coming from side or the rear

Hi the cable comes from the side. It is possible the reverse the wings if you know what you are doing. Just be slow with the grommet and the metal will turn and cable will stay still. Also be gentle with the screws they are small and weak.

c13 connector on the end?
