I'm really happy with this knife, easy to hold, easy to sharpen and it holds the sharp edge for a long time. I've since bought other knives in this range.

I bought the chefs knife and the smaller knife than this one and they've served me very well, bit of danish oil on the handle and occasional sharpening, I'm sure it'll last a long time

Good value, nice feel in the hand. Blade is reasonably sharp although quite thick so good for general use.

These are beautiful, my partner loved them but I'd have preferred if they were sold together like the other sets instead of my having to search all over Amazon for the set. Where's Wally?

Good looking and well made kitchen knife. The wooden handle gives plenty of purchase and the tip cover is a neat little safety item. My gripe is just how quickly the edge has dulled. Within a fortnight or so of doing nothing more than chopping tomatoes, courgettes and the like, the knife was significantly blunter. So, basically, make sure you've got a sharpener.
