I have been using this for almost 2 months before writing a review; because I wanted to give it a fair rating. I have not experienced any side effects, or any bloating/discomfort like with most collagen supplements. I bought it mainly because I have noticed thinning on my eyebrows, especially the outer parts and I’m happy to report that I have seen some new growth there. It started after a month of use. My hair seems fuller and shinier, as well. My nails were never problematic, but since starting this they seem to be even stronger. I have not seen any difference in my skin, but I’m sure that takes some time. I’m acne prone and this hasn’t caused any breakouts. I started by taking 2 a day together with Vitamin C to boost the absorption and now I’m on full dose. The price point is fair for the amount you get, they have no smell or taste and the ingredients seem to be very good. Hoping for even better results with consistent use.

I have cancer and this has definitely made a huge difference in my nails and hair. I waited a couple months to do a review this . My hairdresser actually asked what I was taking bc even though I’m sick my hair is still growing
