Milk Glass: Imperial Glass Corporation (A Schiffer Book for Collectors)

What a huge help this book was for me who’s just starting to seriously collect Milk Glass. It also helped greatly with pricing and showed me some of my purchases from before acquiring this book were under sod by the store owners so there are deals to be had out there even in antique shops, where you expect they know more then you especially about pricing. This book also helped describe differences in different errors of Mlk Glass, and which are worth investing in. I couldn’t be happier and my 85 year old mom after enjoying it herself is kicking herself for giving away Mlk Glass lamps that are now worth a pretty penny. She’s elated I got into this hobby!

I really do like this book. It's a hardback book, and was packaged very well for shipping. I purchased the new book (not used) because obwanrmted it to be in mint condition. I just started collecting some of the milk glass dishes and I wanted these books so I could find the names of my pieces and the value of them. The prices are not current in this book, but that's ok, because the value of pieces probably change each year. I want to be able to identify them, then I can go online and find the value at that time. I really enjoy my books.

Great reference book.

This book is very well done and a great reference if you collect the many patterns of milk glass out there. The author did a good job with the pictures as well.

This is a good book with useful information, beautiful pictures and values of the pieces described. Helped me to identify the pattern and maker of a butter dish I have had for over a year.
