Super Cute! Attention grabbing hat that lights up well.
My daughter bought one for a daddy-daughter neon dance. It lit up and was a huge hit. She also wore it for hat day at school several times. We had it for two years, but it broke when some kids grabbed it off her head and broke the cords. We bought a 2nd hat this fall for another neon dance. Well worth the money. Cute colors and fun, floppy, light-weight, mesh coils that illuminate. Winner!

Cute/fun hat, but runs really big
Cute hat/reasonable price. My grandson loved it for crazy hat day at church. My only complaint is that the picture shows it on a child, but it was way too big for my grandson, so we had to pin it tighter so he could wear it. It was even loose on an adult head.

Worked well my oldest son loved it and loved that it would light up he got alot of attention with this hat on he says it I was comfortable and lights worked well

Some of the lights did not light up. The button to turn them on kept moving and needs to be positioned in one spot.
