Good product for people who've lose weight, You should know the pros and cons to these types of clothes. Scroll down if you don't want more info I think is helpful.. Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat it's NOT a magic shirt to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin) one peice compression shirt and short combo. Those have there own pros and cons but that will be better for causal days and low labor, I personally use this product when I'm working because the one peice doesn't roll up at all.. now with the pros and cons. PROS- -insanely comfortable while working (you won't be tugging your shirt down all day) -sticks to your body very well. -great price considering you get both bottom and top. You can change how tight the arms are (some can tighten the chest. Not this one) Cons- - I might be wrong but every two peice I've seen and gotten have had the zip up or hook up chest. THESE SUCKKKKKKK! It's insanely clear you have something on... That being said THIS one is the least noticable I've worn. - lounging around won't be uncomfortable but it's not as nice as a one peice, the chest usually buckles weird because of the hook/zipper combo Tips- I know it says not machine washable or dryable but if you don't sometimes I feel like it doesn't stay as elastic. Don't put it in the dryer all the time but when you feel it needing a tighten up just hand wash it and stick it in the dryer. It's cheap enough to buy more if it does degrade them but I haven't seen anything but benifit from it occasionaly I HIGHLY recommend buying this if you've lost a good portion of weight. I started at 400lbs and first got this at around 250. Now being down to 230 I don't see how I walked around without these items. If you can't afford the surgery this is the next best thing. Exelente y bien material

My husband likes it and says it does its job. He likes the extra support for his stomach since he had back surgery this year for a herniated lumbar disc. He says he wishes it was 1 size bigger for comfort but that he is ok with it fitting exactly spot on. The quality is good, no rips or tears after a few uses. He does look slimmer when he wears this. He says the shoulder straps bother him a little bit.

I LOVE HOW THIS ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO!!! It gives you a slimmer look hides all/any love handles and unwanted rolls (lol). I would recommend but the only down side that I’ve experienced with this reduction is that the string has already come undone on the right shoulder strap and I haven’t even washed it yet and have only worn it for about a week as I just recently ordered the product. Again it is great definitely gives you a trim look and does what it claims to do, will buy again unless I find a better quality that will last longer. If this product would have lasted me another month I would’ve given it a 5 star review hands down.

I’m 6’2” at 290 pounds and this was awesome. Please, please, please do not get your actual size or you will be swimming in it. I got 1 size smaller and it does what’s expected. I have a athletic build so normal cloths do fit well but this did. Only con it the shoulder snaps can be a bit pinchy so where a T-shirt under it and your good.

It was so uncomfortable I threw it out

I love how it fits. The only downside is that my upper body is actually too long for the snaps to connect. The great part is that even with them not connecting the upper part stays in place. I had it on 3 days all day and it did not move and was extremely comfortable. Nobody noticed I was wearing something under my shirt and I wasn't hot. I wear a 36/38 in pants I got the large. If I got the XL it probably would not have fit properly.

Definitely get the size you wear for your regular clothes. Size chart said I was a 4xl I bought a 2xl and it fit fine. Only thing I didn’t like was it is really tight in the groin area but other than that it fit great
