Very light natural honey.
It’s a gift for my mom. She loves this stuff. Not too sweet and is very smooth. Dissolves easily and doesn’t crystallize, though she goes through it fairly quickly.

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the price; it is too expensive for mixing in sauces and marinade. The taste is excellent, very smooth and a touch of sweetness not found in my local stores and beekeepers. I use it on bread, toast, salads, and for topping baked or broiled seafood just before serving.

Oh. It's expensive for a reason.
I was hoping this was going to be overrated, and overpriced, just so I could do an "I-told-you-so" moment to those that buy expensive things like this. Turns out, it's expensive for a reason. It's a unique tasting honey with lots of floral notes, 0 artificial taste, and holds its own amongst other complex flavors. After having this honey, and the average honey side-by-side, the average honey has a noticeable syrup-y taste that comes off as somewhat artificial. This Tupelo honey instead has a very light, delicate, and more floral flavor to it. I'm not saying that this should completely replace your usual cheap honey, but this is an actual delicacy to add to teas, yogurt bowls, or even just on a peanut butter sandwich. The amount of you pay for is very small compared to average honey, but it's expensive for a reason. The quality, freshness, and taste are all exceptional.

Best Honey in the World
Tupelo honey is the only honey I genuinely like and its longevity is peerless — never sugars over. Yes, it’s expensive but along with good olive oil, good butter, and good salt it is worth it. If for no other reason than because you’ll buy 5 other bottles of other honey which will solidify (and never quite return to normal, even after heating) and spend more than you will on this variety. I trust Savannah Bee Company to provide a genuine product and haven’t ever been let down by their stuff.
