They worked well. The black paint came off after the first usage, but the did the job on some rainy cross country courses.

I got these for my sons XC meets and these work great with the PNW terrain. He likes wearing his spikes as they make it for a smoother run when the ground is “squishy”. Very easy to use and a great quality. They are light weight as well!

Not quite as advertised.
Will not buy again. Spikes seem to be a decent quality. Did not come with a container as pictured (unless you count a plastic ziplock baggie as a container). Less than 3/8". 5/16" more like. So these are 8mm spikes, which is slightly less than typical for cross country. So not a great value for the cost.
