BBQ Grill Gloves, 1472°F Heat Resistant

These gloves are great for heat protection! They are a little bulky, but that is to be expected for efficacy. There is some stretch, so it fits most average sized hands. I haven't cleaned them yet, but I think they should be fairly easy to clean. They seem to be of decent quality.

I’ve burned through (literally) plenty of cheap “heat resistant” gloves that couldn’t take real campfire or grill use. These actually deliver. I’ve used them to move cast iron off an open fire, stoke logs, and even handle a hot Dutch oven lid without feeling the heat blast through. The grip is solid thanks to the silicone pattern, so no slipping when you’re juggling pans or firewood. For the price, they’re a steal. If the company ever puts out a heavier-duty, longer-cuff version made specifically for campfire cooking and survival use, I’d jump on testing it. These already pull their weight, but I’d love to see how far they can push the design.

i’ve been using these gloves for grilling and cooking, and they do a pretty good job. they feel thick and give my hands good protection when i’m dealing with hot pans, trays, and the grill. the silicone grip is nice too, so stuff doesn’t feel like it’s gonna slip out of my hands. they go up my arms a decent amount, which is helpful when reaching into the grill. i also like that they can be washed after getting greasy or dirty. they are a little stiff at first, but after using them a few times they feel better. i’d say they’re a solid pair to keep around the kitchen or grill. nothing fancy, just good protection when you need it.

Great! Perfect for the woodstove so I don't get burnt. Have purchased several of these. These are great & last for awhile. Great grip. I have large hands for a woman & these fit perfectly with extra room. Very durable. Great quality.

Reached into a 450 degree oven, pulled out the rack, lifted the pan with one hand and moved it to the kitchen island and didn't feel more than a slight warmth. I am seriously impressed. One caveat: Getting them wet reduces the thermal resistance. They tell you that. I got a finger tip wet with the drippings and I felt the change, but it was really minimal. Didn't interfere with moving the pan at all. Also, n the gas grill, I reached in and pulled the temp probe out of a chicken. No heat sensed Also, on the charcoal grill, I lifted the (Weber) rack sides to add charcoal after an hour over the coals without a problem. Then I bought three sets as Christmas presents for my male relations.

They do the job but aren’t meant for smaller hands . Too bulky for me . Seem to be decent quality. Made for a man I guess.

Work well for use around the grill. I use them to move the thermometer probe around.

Bought these for my son for his smoker and he loves the gloves. He says when he taste his brisket off and he can’t feel the heat when he were other gloves he could feel the heat.

I bought this glove with the highest heat resistant of 1472F as I bake regularly using Lodge combo cooker at 485F, thinking that this would help as my regular mitt just feels too hot to carry the combo cooker. I was wrong. Even at the first use of the glove, I can feel the heat totally unbearable if I hold the combo cooker for more than 3 secs. I resigned to the fact that I bought an overrated product. However, after using it for just over 2 months the surface of the glove already gave way. See attached photo. It is clear that there is no abuse of the glove. In addition, based on the sections that frayed it is clear that these are the locations where I hold the combo cooker's handle. It is clear that the product is overrated and is unable to stand the heat at 485F, which is nowhere near 1472F. It is also clear that the product would not last beyond 3 months of normal use. Look elsewhere if you need a pair of gloves that will hold the heat.

Love em, snugg double lined, a bargain for the price, you don’t have to spend lots , these do the job , great with my smoker , don’t burn my wrists anymore
