Highly recommended; lots of wry chuckles.
An excellent read! If you like dry wit interspersed with Canadian (Ontario) history, (or history accompanied by a dry wit), this is for you. Happy to recommend it.

Book marked NEW online but was NOT
Book is in good shape but was obviously read previously AND was signed & dedicated to someone else! (Unpleasant surprise as this was given as a gift.)

Very Good Book
If you're a fan of the Wingfield saga, and particularly if you're curious about the history of the mythical Persephone township, then this book is one you'll enjoy. It doesn't have the charm of the Wingfield stories, but it still is an interesting and enjoyable reading experience.

Not his best work
love Dan Needles, but this isn't his best work in my opinion.

Great Book! I think everyone should read the book Dan Needles is great writer. If you have read the Wingfield series, you need to read this book as well. Thanks Amazon a great place to find what you need.
