The product works great.

I didn't know what was going on with my xbox one. It was rebooting while trying to run a game but played dvds and streamed just fine. It was also rebooting when my air conditioner kicked on. After some troubleshooting i decided it was power related. I Was skeptical about ordering one of these knock off p/s units. But, aftter reading far worse reviews of the oem xbox one p/s from gamestop, I decided to get this one. Like other reviewers stated, it doesn't seem to vent as well as the original because the original vent placement holes are covered up. Maybe that doesn't matter because it won't run as hot. Only time will tell. It feels about the same weight as well The original also comes as a 2 pin plug and this one is 3. Don't know what that means for the internal working but more pins seems better imo. Received it, plugged it in, fixed my xbox right up and its very quiet compared to my old original. I really though my xbox's processor was toast but it was the p/s the whole time. Don't know how long this one will last but even 25 bucks every 6 months to a year isn't bad. If.you having similar issues to mine, get this power supply!

My experience was a very good one. Here is how I got to this point-My old power unit was the original one that came with the Xbox one which I bought in 2013. So it was 10 years old. I plugged that one in and it never left standby mode (yellow LED) and would not deliver power to the Xbox one (yes it was very clean and well maintained). When I bought this replacement unit, it was well packaged, and looked great. I plugged it in and immediately went into standby mode. When attempting to turn on the xbox it immediately went from the yellow LED to a white one and powered it up! I have used this unit several times playing some old games and I have had no problems. This was a well priced and very good quality replacement.

The fans or fan is a bit louder than original power supply. Functions as it should, unfortunately for me my original power supply wasn't working but its been about weeks now and so far so good. Size seems to be the same as the original as well, can't beat the price

There is a difference in the cords. The original xbox power supply cord only has two prongs, so you have to use the one they sent with the replacement power supply. This meant I had to fish it though the wall but that's just because of my setup and no fault of theirs. Just wanted to note that difference. Otherwise it worked great. It's fan sound is generally negligible, maybe slightly louder than the original but not bad. I'm just thankful it works and generally speaking was pretty cheap.

So far so good. I ordered this power supply after my original one burned out and quit working. Before I bought this one, I ordered a different brand on another website and it quit working after a few hours. After that experience, I felt iffy about ordering another generic brand (non-Microsoft ) power supply but it's all I could afford. However, this one has been working perfectly and it's surprisingly quiet. I'm very satisfied and relieved. I'm also impressed with this store''s professionalism and customer service. They quickly followed up with me to ensure that I received the product and that I was satisfied with it. I'll certainly be keeping them in mind for future purchases.

I have an original xbox one, the big square block ones and the power would come on and immediately cut off every few months. It would go away, then come back a few months later and finally I searched around for a new power brick. The microsoft branded one at gamestop was about $50, and then I came across this one, read the good reviews and took the chance. It arrived within 3 or 4 days (prime, but still super fast shipping) and fixed the issue entirely. Now I can get back to gaming, netflix etc without worrying about down time and losing power randomly. No noise complaints, just unboxed it, plugged it into the xbox and power outlet and my problem was fixed entirely. Definitely give this a chance if you are having issues like I did, just check the pics and make sure the connection matches. 10/10 for me

Works great,you can hear the fan a little after 4 hours but thats was movie night . Other then that no noise for a 2 hour gaming ..

As advertised! Whisper quiet compared to the old jet engine that was plugged in previously
