Is the color pictured here an accurate indication of what I will receive? It’s 651 permanent, correct?

I would say the color is pretty accurate. However, the color can vary slightly between computers as the settings for each are all different. It is 651.

What is the millage thickness of this? I cut some with my regular cutting depth that I use on all my other vinyls and it cut into the backing paper.

I use the vinyl setting which is number 1 but I change the thickness to 9

can this be used on my dresser

This vinyl is good quality vinyl and will stick to anything - not sure if that helps clarify for you!

Title states 651 permanent adhesive, but description states removable adhesive. Which is it? 631 would be removable.

This is 651 permanent adhesive as title.
