If it works in cold weather
I used this coat for cold Wisconsin weather. I liked it because it was warm, but mainly because it did what it described it would do.

Nice but not warm
Quality seems fine. I figured it would be warmer since it has a lining but I was wrong. I was hoping to be able to wear it this winter but there is no way without me wearing layers underneath
