These pans are amazing! First off, these pans are well worth the money. I was skeptical when the description of these pans said that no oil was required when cooking. But they definitely measured up! So far, nothing that I’ve cooked on these pans has stuck to the surface. They are very durable, and easy to clean. These pans are wide as well as deep, so I have plenty of room for ingredients. I can see these pans being used for a long time. I enjoy cooking, and having the proper cookware makes the experience more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to cooking with these pans!

This is the best pan I've ever had. Doesn't scratch or stick. Deep for cooking for big families. Very impressed

Heats evenly. Non-Stick surface performs well. Do not use any metal or sharp utensils on the surface...it will scratch.

Probably the best noncommercial quality pan available, at a decent price. You could pay a lot more and get a lot less. Well-established longtime brand so you know you'll be able to receive support for years to come. Should last a lifetime with proper care. Pros: Top quality non-stick performance, big & sturdy, deep sides, helper handle (a must at this weight) Cons: Helper handle can get hot (unlike regular handle), no steam vent/thermometer hole in glass lid

It's a solid, stong pan. The handles are sturdy and easy to grip. I'm using an induction stove and this pan works great. The heat distribution is excellent. It heats up fast and cools down fast. First time I tried to brown chicken in it and they were prefect: 90 seconds on one side and medium high heat and voila! Perfectly browned chicken. Clean up is easy and quick. I've been searching and searching for good pots and pans that don't cost and arm and a leg. So far, these Anolon Accolade pots and pans are fantastic. They are a little pricey for sure, but at this point I feel they are worth it. I'll update in a few months if anything has changed.

works with our new induction range, works fine in the dishwasher, durable non-stick-like coating. We'll see how well it holds up over the next few years. It's actually more non-stick than my old "non-stick" pans; I tried making some eggs and they slide around amazingly. It's large and medium-heavy. Much lighter than cast iron or even steel equivalents, though it's still nice to have that second handle. Maybe not as deep as I expected, so you may still want to have a pan that is one size up from this. It's currently our largest pan but we are only 2 people.

Heavy duty/cooks great. But do not use high heat. The nonstick finish is durable.

What I like about this pan is that it has high walls so food doesn't fall out, the non-stick works wonderfully. The handle is comfortable in the hand and is not rubberized so no question or doubt about using it in a hot oven. I've own Anolon Advanced before this product and it was also good but this pan (Accolade) is a newer version. 12 " pan is a sweet size, not too big, not too small. The glass lid comes in handy, a lot of non-stick skillets dont have a glass lid. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it is a bit heavy, especially when loaded up with food, which can be an annoyance for some people who have weak wrists/hands ie. elderly folks . I suspect this pan like Anolon's Advanced series will last a long time, these are quality durable pans but that relates to their cost.
