The best thing for breakfast, I am a volunteer personal care assistant with limited funds, these are affordable and great, a great way to have them is by warming them up, I use my radiator type heater on the lowest level, for 3 or so minutes wrapped in a paper towel

Expires faster than you would think.
I should have read the other reviews. Don’t buy 48 thinking you will have them for a while. We had two weeks from receiving to expiration date to consume all six boxes!! Have to throw a few away now.
