It would be better to dilute this with an acrylic-based medium, similar to a Golden airbrush medium.

Can I use this ink in a fountain pen?

It will dry and clog your fountain pen, speaking from experience unfortunately.

Can these be used to refill the Liquitex paint markers?

Can this ink be used in epoxy casting?
