Q: It tends to stick partially to my conchal bowl when pushing the adhesive back to my head. What am I doing wrong?

What is the prominent part of your ear? Mine is the top so i stick it to the high part of my ear.

Q: Can you use an adhesive to make them last longer?

To be honest I have used super glue, it helps with the product lasting longer. they make cosmetic super glue... I love this product it really helps with self confidence.
