What is the circumference?

Right out of the package, Inside circumference is 16.5 inches. One I’ve worn a lot has stretched about 0.5 inch, but it’s still very tight in my head.

I have a large head, 25" in circumference. Would these fit?

I have a large head and these tried to rip my hair out. Didn't fit my wife either. It fit my tiny children.

What is the length of the band when it is relaxed

Laid out flat, it is 8.25 inches, so double that for a circumference of 16.5 inches

Will slip off your head

Yeah these will just slide right off your hair, they're waaaay too tight and the rubber on the inside is glossy so it's just gonna slide away rather than grip onto your hair.
