Hoyle Waterproof Playing Cards, Clear, 1 Deck

These cards are perfect for playing games by the pool, lake, or beach. I use these for cribbage, and they maintain their shape perfectly even when shuffled repeatedly. The cards look brand new after over a month of daily use. I especially prefer these to traditional cards in humid environments, since they do not bend or swell. The size is also standard, and they fit in all of my travel cribbage boards with the case.

I got a set of these a few years ago to take on vacation and they have held up extremely well. I purchased additional sets to keep on our covered back patio. They are a little slick but easy to shuffle. I would recommend for anyone that likes to play cards as a family. You can play war with your seven year-old cousin or rummy with your father-in-law.

I haven't used them yet but they come in a very sturdy case and the occasion may yet arise:) -67 yo woman - I carry a big purse/bag and these stay in the bag holding up well

My step mom and my dad had these and we played cards on the pool! I just had to buy some for home.

We are very happy with these cards. I wish they had a little texture to them as I have no feeling in 3 of my fingers. They're easy to shuffle though.

The cards are sturdy and exactly what you would expect from plastic playing cards. These work well at breweries or locations where drink condensation can be found on the surface. Don’t expect a lot of weight though so they’re still susceptible to blowing in the wind.

The plastic case I received had a production flaw. Out of three, one hinge was fully broken and another was partially broken. They’re just thin little strips of plastic that make the front and back of the case one piece, but they’re pretty important strips of plastic. It’s likely that the case would have broken into two pieces quickly with use. I don’t think it would stay closed very well as two pieces which would ruin the streamlined portability of this waterproof playing card set. I was disappointed, but I requested an exchange hoping the next one would be better. I didn’t even have to return the original set and was sent a free replacement. I haven’t used the cards to actually play anything yet, but they’re standard sized and shuffle pretty well. They’re partially transparent with an opaque area that protects the identity of each card. It’s certainly a unique look for a deck of cards!

I recently picked up this deck of playing cards, and I have to say—I’m thoroughly impressed. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear this wasn’t just any generic pack. The quality, design, and feel of the cards make this one of the best decks I’ve used in a long time.
