Tattoo

I bought this to try out some tattoo ideas. The 'tattoos' are just a thin clear sticker with your 'ink' printed on them that you stick to your skin. Mine have lasted about 2 weeks before they start to peel off. It's a multi-step process to go from printer to skin but not complicated after you've learned how to do it. I used my work's laser printer but given how it works, I see no reason why an ink-jet wouldn't work too.

I expected these to either have washed out ink because of the laser printer (toner historically doesn't perform well with things like this), or for the process of putting them on to be a total pain - think the old Cracker Jack tattoos and how impossible those were to get to actually stick. However, these were absolutely great to work with. The printouts were sharp and crisp, and applying the transfer layer wasn't too difficult at all (use a credit card or other rigid surface to help with smoothing it out). Once we had them cut out, applying them was easy. Peel off the transfer layer, slap it on your skin, and then use a sponge or something to get the backing wet. Once you can see the tattoo through the paper, you just peel it off. Pow - instant tattoo (and without the pain and cost of a real tattoo, as the package says). I got into a pool with mine last night, and it peeled off pretty quickly, but my wife didn't get hers wet, and it still looks great today and isn't showing any signs of wear. I'm really impressed with how well these performed, and we'll definitely be using these in the future. They're great for parties or whatever gimmicky kind of thing you can think of.

Pretty good! Better results than I anticipated and held up for how long it needed to. Fairly easy to use, but did have a few criticisms that I would have liked to know about: - It says you don't have to wait for it to dry, but if its a very solid and dark image you still have to, it seems. That also means don't print multiple sheets at once and let them stack in the documents tray of the printer. - somewhat difficult to tell what side of the paper you're supposed to print the image on because its only distinguishable by one being somewhat shinier than the other and its smoother. Just double check what you're doing. - the adhesive sheet is a bit hard to peel without tearing, might work better if you trim the adhesive into smaller pieces before peeling the backing Otherwise, worked fine! Will probably purchase these specific ones again if the need arises.

As a graphic designer (and my fiance works in the printing industry) I was very skeptical about these. I was definitely judging a book by the cover... but I was SO pleasantly surprised! I got the laser jet version (b/c I knew the lines would be a lot more crisp) and they worked great. Printing was so easy (just make sure you know which side your printer is printing on and flip ) and the application of the sticky film was also pretty simple. Make sure you follow the instructions... but I found peeling the whole back of the sticky film off... laying it on the table and them placing the printed page on top of it worked nicely. Application of the tattoos is also very simple. We just used wet wash cloths and applied a firm pressure, and voila! They last a couple days. Depending on where you place them, they're a little tricky to get off. I used baby oil on a cotton round and scrubbed. Depending on where you put the tattoo, you will see a slight plastic sheen... don't expect it to look SUPER realistic... but for fun, playful faux tattoos for a party or event, these are awesome!

Absolutely horrible! I printed these the night before a swim meet so they had plenty of time to dry. I put the tattoo on my daughter and kept it wet until there were no opaque spots, which took forever. When I tried to take the paper off it was hard to remove and left pieces behind. When you tried to remove the pieces of paper part of the tattoo would come off. This happened to my daughter's friend for whom we also made a tattoo. The next day it looked really weird with little holes in it, kind of like where her pores would be. Again, this happened to the friend as well. When trying to remove the tattoo the next day it took a LOT of olive oil applications, probably three or four,leaving it on for 5 min or more each time, before trying to scrub it off. Took several scrubbings with a LOT of paper towels and eventually, a Scrub Daddy. Might be hard to tell in the last picture but all the scrubbing left my daughter's back red for a hour or so. Tried contacting the seller three times with no response. Don't waste your money!

These worked so much better than expected! I made pretty big sized tattoos with these and I am confident I could have successfully done a full sheet if we wanted. They adhered so quickly that it really didn't even take much time to apply the ridiculous number of tattoos I had to apply for this costume. The very first sheet I did turned out perfectly, so don't worry about a learning curve. You will not need to waste any sheets for practice. Up close they are clearly fake as they kind of wrinkle, but from any sort of distance they look totally real. Not sure how long they would last in total, but they did hold up at least four days with two showers between. They were difficult to remove though and I ruined a towel trying to rub it off, so just use one you don't care about. Just to note we printed these on a laser printer like is required. Don't forget to mirror the images before you print them!

Decent product. Needed a temporary tattoo for some cosplay and it was perfect for that. Pros: easy to use. Fast shipping. Easy transfer to skin. Cons: cracked appearance on skin, obviously fake. Really hard to remove and no suggestions on removal in the instructions. Advice: the first time I used this I did not cut close around the borders of the tattoo and that was a huge mistake. I just had a huge square of sticky clear tattoo on my wrist. Also, I have no idea the best way to take these off. My usual go-to is acetone nail polish remover but that made a huge sticky mess. I swear you need goo gone for this stuff but I don’t think you want that on your skin.

I loved this tattoo paper and I'm so happy with how it came out. I've bought this twice now for 2 different custom tattoo gifts. Worked perfectly. Tattoos lasted about a week. The clear portion on my skin started getting a little sticky after a few days, but I put it on my wrist and took no special care to protect it as a test. I think it was about as good as the novelty tattoos you'd buy. I was very impressed with the print quality as well. I used the laser paper and a laser printer, and it printed quickly, was instantly dry and ready to go. Attaching the glue to the image was a little tricky, and you definitely want to be sure to adhere it really well, but with a little practice you can get into a groove. Would recommend this 100%.

Siguiendo el tutorial que tienen en youtube lo he podido usar sin problema. Aguanta bien y es fácil de poner. En zonas con arrugas como la muñeca no aguanta, pero es normal. Lo único es que dicen que lo cortes lo más cerca posible del dibujo pero luego el borde es fácil que se despegue un poco por lo que yo recomiendo dejar separación entre el recorte y el dibujo, nada exagerado, pero seguro más de 2mm
