Ok, I have been taking this a week and a half. My purpose for taking it was the benefits of the EGCG and Vitamin C for all the health benefits because I can not drink 7 cups of green tea a day. I know most people want to take it for weight lost but there is never any miracle drug to drop weight. It can aide you but eating well and working out is the prefect medicine. So taking it to see a drastic weight loss I wouldn't recommend, to help aide in burning fat yes because I take this supplement before going on my walks.Although I am taking this for the health benefits originally by the second week I did notice my apatite decreasing. I was hungry but didn't feel for much or feel like even eating dinner by the end of the day, but still eat a bit. That happens for me personally I don't know for everyone else. Remember, it didn't happen for me right away it was by the second week taking it twice a day.When taking these supplement I take 1 the moment I wake up before getting out the bed, then eat my fruits then breakfast. I take the supplement and fruits after I wake up because when you are awake in the morning your stomach is empty and taking anything in the morning on an empty stomach the body observes the nutrients more because there is no food to take it from, then I eat my breakfast. This works for me and it doesn't my me feel sick taking it on an empty stomach.
