I now sleep 7 or 8 hours a night and my eczema is healing nicely. double the dosage for 2 weeks and then backed down to normal dosage. 2nd or 3rd time ordering. Very good.

Very happy with this mineral product

I am very happy with these minerals as it has selenium and zinc as well as other minerals, and I am low on these two minerals. The supplement I was taking before did not include these two.
