How do these compare to the name brand Orange Screws?

They are made of high-grade and durable ABS plastics. These are the good as the Orange Screws, and a quarter of the price!

Does that 8 pack orange include a storage bag?

It does come with its own ziploc plastic bag but after having this set for 3/4 years, the bag has multiple holes. Lol. Get yourself a better bag

Will this secure a 13’ by 13’ beach canopy/tent at the beach?

These tent stakes work better than the straight ones and also longer. I would recommend that you pour water on the area where you want to put these in the sand to be able to compact it more than it would be dry and looser. But I'm not sure they would hold if it got very windy.
