Better than expected
This dispenser kept water hot for more than 24 hours. I highly recommend. The pump works smoothly, the swivel base was unexpected but functional. I used this for a tea party and it kept the water hot. I plan to use it for instant coffee or hot cocoa for my kids extracurricular activities. I will only use water in this thermos because of the build it can be difficult to empty and dry out before storing. It came with a bottle brush and sticker labels.

Hot - cold dispenser
This “ToMakeIt” dispenser worked so well. Hot water, was still hot 12 hours later!I also loved that the dispenser came with a brush to clean it after use.

Great Product
This works so perfect!! I'm extremely happy with the purchased. I used it to distribute coffee during an event and there was no single drop or mess.

Great carafe
This thing is awesome. That being said… a few things could be improved upon. It really doesn’t get the very bottom of the pot. and then it “spits” it out. Emptying it is a pain. No matter how carefully you empty it, it goes all over. And while it remains drinkable after a couple hours, I wouldn’t call it hot by my standards. We usually drink it in an hour so that hasn’t really been an issue tho.We do love the look of this thing, the portability, the pumping action is smooth and fun lol

Kid friendly
Filled it with hot chocolate for kids on a cold day. It was easy for them to use. Cleaning it was easy as it comes with a cleaning brush.

Used product still wet. Brush smelled of coffee. Not new!
Overall the product seemed functional. Immediately it was clear that the container had visible debris and hard water stains on the outside. The brush was used and damaged and smelled of coffee. Opening the container I noticed visible water or liquid. The inside was wet, and I was unsure if it was fully cleaned. I bought a new product but received a used and not even dried-off product. If this has mold or any other debris in it then it would be unsafe. I am not willing to spend the time and effort to take this apart when it was purchased at full value for a used unclean product.
