Congratulations! You’ve Just Bought a Medieval Torture Device for Your Penis
.Ah, the Pacey Cuff ActiveGuard. I was promised “freedom, comfort, and confidence.” What I got was a medieval clamp from the Marquis de Sade’s discount bin. Within five minutes of strapping this bad boy on, I felt like my member was being interrogated for state secrets. “Tell us where the leak is!” it screamed. Spoiler: it found it, then crushed it like a cocktail sausage in a vice. Comfort? Only if you find joy in pain. Confidence? Sure, if confidence means walking like John Wayne after a bar fight. Reusable? Yes, but the question is why would you? Honestly, I’d have better luck plugging the leak with duct tape and prayer. At least duct tape doesn’t ask for $80 and pretend it’s helping. Would I recommend it? Only to someone I truly despise. Or perhaps as a very specific form of revenge: “Here, mate, try this—it changed my life.” (Omitted: for the worse.) Save yourself. Save your dignity. Pee in peace. Burn the cuff.

Missing the Velcro Strip
I bought this product thinking I could attach it to any regular brief as a reinforcement to the clamp. The item description indicated that it had a Velcro strip to fasten to any existing underwear. I was disappointed when it arrived and it did not have the Velcro attachment strip to secure it as advertised.

Useless.
Nothing to fasten it, doesn’t do anything at all from what I can tell.

Comfortable but not effective for me
It is more comfortable, but does not work as well as the other less comfortabtle cuffs my boyfriend has had to use.
