Nature's Way Glucomannan, Promotes Feelings of Fullness*, 100 ct

I was hopeful this would help me feel full and not want to snack so much. It exceeded my expectations! Instructions say 2-3 capsules before meals, 2 is plenty for me as I was barely hungry for my meal. I do feel full before my meals and most of the day honestly, leaving me not wanting to snack. These are a great buy!

First, let me say that I am one of those horrible people who will eat until they physically cannot eat anymore. I do not do it all the time but on the weekends if I am at home I will literally order a pizza and eat it throughout the day. Not smart. I am 5'6 and weigh 154-not horrible but a year ago I was 135 and healthy. I saw an infomercial for Lipozene and do not really believe in diet pills but did some research and found this product. I have been using this for approx 3 weeks and I will tell you first hand my weekends no longer are filled with pizza pounding. I take 3 pills, individually, with a huge about 32 ounces of water. Immediately you fill a little bloated (from the amount of water I consume I suppose) but after about 10 minutes the bloating is gone. I will proceed to eat around 30 minutes later. I never ate too bad at work b/c I really don't like eating in front of people as is. But I used to eat a turkey on rye and a side of veggies/pasta and now I eat my side and a portion of the sandwich. For dinner I can have a salad and be perfectly fine. Obviously, things work different for different folks but this is absolutely incredible. I don't know how long it will work but I did order a second bottle and get it tomorrow. I have not lost any weight per-say but I also am walking 10 miles on the beach every Sunday and running 5 miles every night so I am assuming there is some sort of muscle gain. Bought a new scale on here that also arrives tomorrow to see if I can track the muscle to body fat ratio. When I figure out the answer I will edit my post. good luck to all!!!

I took 3 pills nearly every morning with my cocktail of vitamins and supplements (white kidney bean extract, B12, and fennel seeds) and noticed I could go a bit longer into the day without feeling much hunger. I used to wake up and have to eat around 10, but was able to hold off until 2 most mornings and be okay with a lunch resembling more of a light snack between 1 and 2. I wanted to see if it was just a mind thing so I let these run out without repurchasing but within a week I noticed I need to eat more and sooner. These definitely helps me be real with myself about portion sizes and the amount I was eating before. It keeps you fuller, longer, on less food. I did notice weight loss, but keep in mind I took these with plenty of water in addition to working out 2-4 times a week (Pilates and gym). It’s not some miracle pill, but it’s a good aid. I think it’s worth a try, and now…a repurchase. Little update. I stopped taking this for two weeks and it was a noticeable difference. I ate more to be satisfied and ate more frequently. When I finally reordered I did a little experiment. I emptied one of the capsules into a small container and poured water in to see what would happen. Within minutes it turned the substance into a tasteless gelatinous substance with at least 3 times the mass of the water. It essentially absorbs water to fill your stomach, which I thought was pretty cool. It’s reminds me of a gastric sleeve in pill form in that it gives your stomach the illusion of being full, so you don’t eat as much. Just make sure you drink lots of water so it can do its job!

Pros: Not too difficult to swallow. You can easily stay within your allotted calories for the day with discipline. Affordable. Does as promised. Will assist with weight loss goals. Cons: you will still get hungry. If you must snack between meals eat fruit or nuts. This is not a miracle pill but it will help you. I gave this 3 stars because it it keeps you from craving bad foods but you still get hungry.

Highly recommended!! These really work to keep you full. Unlike some diet pills they work fast and don't make you feel like you have 10 cups of coffee. They help me stay off eating for longer and they help me to not over eat.. I take three pills when I start to get hungry w/ two glasses of water (16oz) and then I will be fine for a few hours. When I do sit down to eat I feel fuller sooner than normal..

So I've been taking this for 5 days. First day I tried 2 pills and I still ate like a psycho. The next day I took 3 and I felt like it worked a little bit, it curbed hunger a tiny bit. Third day it was the same as the first day with no effect on 3 pills. 4th day no effect at all and today on the 5th day I had a tiny little bit of appetite control where I felt like I was hungry but not insanely hungry like I usually am. Well I noticed yesterday I felt sick and my abdomen got very swollen and today the same thing happened causing me to leave work early and I came home and finally used the bathroom where I found 8-9ish ghost pills that were undigested in my system! HORRIFYING!!! It's the only thing I'm taking. I had to take a picture of it in the toilet and send it to my Gemini so it could tell me it was Ghost pills undigested. Immediately after those came out my nausea went away. I will never ever ever take these again.

Unless your stomach is a bottomless pit, you will feel extremely full taking these. I’m talking dropping 7-10lbs in a week. I take 2 twice a day instead of 3. I can eat only a few bites of something and that’s it. Take it right after you wake up and drink plenty of water with it. It fully kicks in about 2 hours after I take it and it makes me feel like I went to eat at a buffet. It gives regular smooth bowel movements daily. Since you won’t be able to eat much, purchase some protein shakes or make smoothies because that’s about all you’ll be able to stomach. If you drink or eat beyond the few bites I promise you’ll feel sick to your stomach. It’s great for fast weight loss, regular bowel movements and weight management. Don’t hesitate to purchase! I’m glad I did!

I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍
