Is this a good product for outside cracks around home?

It is a really good silicone for outside as long as your not going to paint over it. It's not made to be painted. I have used it for cracks in cement blocks, cracks in driveway and other outside cracks. It's one of the best silicone sealant that I have ever used.

Is there any chem, additives to this or is it (100% silicone)

This product can not be used in an aquarium. It has additives.
