Is the Cat Shampoo formula safe on kittens?

I'm not sure, but it should be ok. Just be careful around the eyes.

is there really a difference between the cat shampoo and the others? my cats are itchy and I thought using the the oatmeal one.

Used to bath my cat every month to eleviate my wife's allergy problems and I always used oatmeal shampoo for him. He was never itchy, but I was very careful to rinse him thorouhly to remove any residue that might be a problem. It worked very well. I also use oatmeal with aloe for my dogs with excellent results.

Is the cat shampoo safe for dogs? I purchased the cherry cat shampoo for my dog in error, thinking it was Mango Tango.

It is safe but may dry out your dog's skin.

I have a Maine Coon and there are several shampoos listed here. Which one would be best to use?

The one I got was the Oatmeal & Aloe Shampoo Fragrance Free. My dog is a Pit Bull Mix and their skin tends to be very itchy. I've only used it 1x and it did give him a little dandruff but not too bad. Considering that it is winter now that might have been the reason for the dandruff. I Love the fact that it's fragrance free as I am allergic to chemicals and scents and with this shampoo I can wash him without having an anaphylactic reaction. I guess it all depends on your dog & their skin type!!! What I can say is research the ingredients and make sure they aren't harsh or toxic to animals.
