Got this as a "replacement" for my dog's fan which broke after 2 days. She's an older lady who heat can be too much for. Well, it's not exactly what will work for her, but it's decent for myself sitting on my couch. Still not my perfect fan, but I appreciate it's a "real fan" meaning it's not battery powered and can stay on (so far) without burning the motor out. I'm in Vegas and I need fans that can be on for 6 months or so consistently. So far I'm pleased. Would love if it had 3 settings but on 2 it's got enough air flow when I'm sitting in front of it to give me some much needed relief when the air conditioner has kicked off for 10 minutes. This would be good on a desk or bedside table. But not strong enough for a actual whole room. I'm going to purchase a 2nd one for my bedroom as I'm always hot, the boyfriend is not. This blowing on me will help the fight with the AC as I try to sleep during the summer. It's not really loud to me on the highest speed. Even when it's by my head on the couch, doesn't bother me. Even though I'm still looking for fans, I'm happy to have this one. And believe if you understand it's not super powerful, especially given it's size, and you don't want a crazy powerful one, this could be perfect for the right customer. As we're all looking for different things from what we buy. This is nice and light. Small but helpful. I would definitely pack this in my bag if I travel to ensure I can sleep well just like I do at home. Uses a USB charger, the cord doesn't come off the back of the fan so you won't lose it. There's no battery, so this isn't one that can go on walks with you, unless you have a portable charger. I give it 5 stars because I knew beforehand what I was getting. And didn't expect this to cool down a room, just myself as I am in front of it.

I purchased this fan for my desk as the room I was in was always hot and I am always in general. It is slightly bigger than my hand and the fan packs a punch! The fan has 2 settings, medium and high. It works great and you don't have to use an outlet. You can plug it into your computer to power it OR you can plug it into a power box and plug into the wall. I have had this item since 2021 and it is still working. It has also survived a move between schools. I use it all year round as schools temperatures do not always regulate. I highly recommend buying this mini fan for your desk to help keep you cool and just circulate air around you. The price is reasonable, it is sturdy, and it works great.

This little fan works great for a quick breeze on your desktop. There are a few things I would change about it, but overall, it’s what I was looking for. Pros: 1) it’s cute. The color (periwinkle) is bold and solid. 2) it’s small. It fits perfectly on my desk without getting in the way. 3) it’s sturdy. It doesn’t feel flimsy or low quality. 4) the breeze it puts off is the perfect strength. 5) it’s usb powered! Cons: 1) it’s a little bit loud. Not overall obnoxious, but it’s not whisper quiet. 2) when you first turn it on, it’s got good strength, but with 30 seconds, you can tell it wears the battery down pretty good. I keep it plugged in all the time and that seems to help. Overall, I would purchase again and recommend! The cooling is perfect!

Very happy with this fan. It is compact, all plastic, lightweight, very stable for its small footprint, very acceptable noise level and the fan can be aimed at the ceiling or at the floor or any angle in between and holds its position. I did read a review that said its so lightweight that when its on, the fan will move around on the surface that the reviewer put it on. I have not had this issue yet. The only thing I wish is that it had one lower fan speed. The switch on the back has 3 positions: off, speed 1 (low) and speed 2 (high). My comfort during the winter would prefer a power setting lower than speed 1, but I'm sure when Summer rolls around and its 100+ degree days in my apartment with no AC, I'll probably appreciate that speed 1 and probably speed 2. A little background comparison... I originally had a 5" all-metal desktop fan that made some noise, but I could barely feel the air even when it was 2 feet from me and aimed directly at me. I replaced it this past summer with a 10" mostly plastic fan that had about the same level of noise and air flow, but I had to be strategic where I placed it because the fan itself had very limited adjustments as to where it could be aimed. I was content enough with it, but then accidently knocked it off the table and shatter it, so it needed to be replaced.. So, that's what this Aluan desktop fan was being compared to.

Disclaimer: I am a real live customer writing this review. To those who folks who had a bad experience with this fan or any product please know that experience varies on all products like people and good reviews are NOT FAKE ! Now, I bought this fan first a year ago. It is light weight small yet powerful. I use the USB cord and keep it on the corner of my mattress. I did have to stabilize it there with a bean bag but a towel would have worked as well. I gives me just the perfect cooling on my face, head and upper body. I've dropped it several times and it has not broken. It is easy to use (in my sleep ;-) In spring '22 my housemate got one and loves it. I also ordered a third one to keep next to me on porch or in living room . The small size makes it easy to place anywhere and get direct air which works as well or better than a huge fan across the room. All three fans are working fine and in use daily. Highly recommend this little workhorse of a fan for versatility and reliability.

I have used this for about 5 months, everyday in school. I’ve placed it on my desk, pointed it at me when I’m giving directions (the a/c doesn’t work well at the school I was at for summer school) and I could easily feel it from 5-6 feet away. I now have it on my ‘traveling cart’ and plug it in to a batter pack and run it all day. It’s a slight hum/white noise in the class. No one seems notice. It’s fell off my cart and desk about 5 times now (about3 ft) and the grill pops off but I pop it back on and it still runs. I’m surprised it hasn’t broken! When I was standing 5-6 feet away I’d use it in the high speed mode, on my cart I use the low speed. (I almost wish there was one more lower speed!😂. But with the fan being that it can move…. I tilt it away from me so I get a bit of a breeze but not freezing! I’d buy it again at this point if it ever stopped working… Update: 3/2025- I still have the same fan and use it daily on my desk at school! With the front being able to pop off I can clean the blades off also. Still a powerful little fan! Love it!

The fan is on my office desk and is the perfect size. The fan settings are excellent and blow a very good amount of air to keep me cool. There are three set backs. It is somewhat noisy so I have to turn it off during Zoom meetings and phone calls. Also, the entire fan rotates because the rubber footings are not enough to give it traction. So I had to buy a separate mouse pad and am using the rough side to keep the fan from rotating. Lastly, The power connection is a short USB. Since it would not reach my wall, which is actually pretty close, I had to buy a separate surge protector with USB connections on it to plug it in so it could reach my desk. I had to invest and additional $10 on the mousepad and $15 on the surge protector.
