After chemo I had the oddest symptom. My head was in a way burning. This cap gave me so much relief🙏🏽 My family was so happy that I wasn’t in pain. I was running through the ice pacs but this cold cap was exactly what I needed! It helped the migraines too! And it has no odd plasticity smell!

If you try to assemble this while you’re having a migraine attack, of course it will be difficult. I assembled it and fit it for my head before I needed it. I keep it on a Tupperware bowl to hold its shape and store the whole thing in my freezer. When I need it, I drape a pillowcase over my head (because the freezer gets it too cold but the refrigerator isn’t cold enough for me), add the “helmet” and lie down on a soft pillow to protect the frozen bags from puncture, because I don’t know how durable they are when frozen solid. It works fantastically well! The only thing that would make it better would be ice packs that go below freezing and remain soft. Since they cost 3-4 times as much, I tried this one first and am glad I did.

I bought this after neck surgery when my whole head and neck were hurting. It worked very well over the top and back of my head, not as well on the neck. But it was pretty helpful for the overall pain. It's a little confusing to figure out how to get it strapped on right, but once on, you're free to walk around or even go to bed with it on. It stays in place. The ice packs are removable to re-freeze.

Finally, a COMFORTABLE, soft, MOLDABLE gel cold pack headgear for MIGRAINES! Easy to adjust for ANYONE. Purchased a few types, even expensive ones and returned. None compare to the high quality materials and ingenious design. I use mine so often, I just leave the gel pack in it's plush zippered sleeve folded to fit into a gallon zip lock bag to freeze. Available in seconds, just unfold, easily adjust 2 Velcro and mold to conform to your head. Great for TENSION headaches that start at the base of the skull. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, don't waste time and BUY IT!

I really wanted to like this cap but the minimalist instructions were terrible, and once it was clear what they were describing there was no way I could find to get anything resembling a good fit. The flap for the top of the head is just a round circle with one little strap at the front-meaning that it basically leaves most of the top of your head exposed except for the very middle. The rest of the cap depends on some cumbersome creative velcro wrapping to try and snug it up, leaving it very uneven and lumpy with irregular tension and coverage with the cold packs. This had the feel of quality materials but the fit was not anything that seemed well engineered for a good fit and consistent cold coverage for a human head at all.

Purchased this for chemotherapy and it was waayyy too bulky, plus it didn't conform to my head. It felt like I was wearing a football helmet that didn't fit correctly. It was lumpy and square. Good thing I only wore it for 3 sessions, because I found one that was better.

It’s not cold enough for me and it’s a bit stuff so doesn’t mold to my head nicely.

By far the BEST out of ever single head wrap I have ever used. I suffer chronic Health issue multiple-Autoimmune Issues SLE-Sjogren's, Addison's, and OSteoporosis arthritis to name a few... lol Migraine's for me are a daily occurance I have learned to live with; some days better than others. I have my own head wrap I have concocted over the years out of frustration for jaw pain-eye pain, occipital (back of head) pain, top of head throbbing, you name it! this product hits on every level and then some. SOFT, COMFORT, RELIEF, LASTING, PRESSURE POINTS PERFECT, ADJUSTABLE... I DON'T REVIEW OFTEN AS ITEMS OF QUALITY ARE RARE... SO KUDOS.... and Thanks if I had one suggestion it would be two more velcro on each side of top circle for more cohesive compression.
