Ultimate Brief
We can't praise this product enough. It took many months to find this incredible night brief. At least, that's how we use it. So far, insurance won't cover anything that works, but this is worth it. We use another product for daytime since it's more affordable. However, I cannot stress the importance of these briefs to keeping skin integrity. It's critical when you are bedridden. Nurses drive home how serious that is since people can die from bed sores, ulcerations, etc. This brief is a bit stiffer because it has that much more thickness and absorbency, but it draws the urine away from the skin. A larger heavily padded back and front area is generous with two tabs on each side that can be reopened and reattached for positioning. We use it on a 3x sized person. Duration varies, but we've had to push its limits at times. Easily 6 hrs. We have done 12 hrs without any skin problems with someone who is a moderate to heavy urinator. It is also been described as cushy which is great for tender areas that need a break. If you can only afford to use it sometimes, then I suggest using it at night. You'll both get some sleep.

Great, I buy them regularly. Best ones I've found
My teen has an incontinence problem and these help so much. They hold alot without leaking and they fit my 13 year old. I also use them at night with my 5 year old for now while we train. These are amazing. And my son says they are way more comfortable than the other brands we have tried like goodnites which suck horribly and run very small.

ERR IN ORDERING, YOU LOSE.
I USE THE LARGE SIZE OF TJHESE ESTIMABLE PRODUCTS. (I am on old guy, ok? these tings happen.) Multimpe diuretics every day and you don't want to leave home withou them. They work better than any others, but this last time somehow $80 of them, countt 84, SMALL got ordered. NEVER have I ever ordered SMALL. (Being that svelt would be nice, but....). Wemt tp exchange and no deal. Tried to find anone to talk with at Amazon, no deal. NOT RETURNABLE. They are more expensive than Depends bu also more dependable, But least dependable was Amazon, wjhose business I admire as one of the wonders of thje world -- but not with thjese. So what do give for stars when a mistake leaves hyou stuck with 84 uselss male incontinence undies and effectively a stiff arm cold shoulder from Amazon? Certainly not 5 stars, so you give one brecause servcice is the last pillar of thje product..

Comfortable but thin
Thinner than either the 3 or 4 versions, so won't hold as much. But more comfortable than the others and easier to hide under clothing. Suitable for ambulatory persons. Because of cloth backing does not control odor as well as plastic backings.

I love these diapers
I love these diapers, however, description specifically states 3 packs of 28 for a total of 84 diapers at 0.30 per diapers. I order two 3 packs, but what I received was just 2 packages, for a total 56 (0.90 per unit). I therefore paid 3 TIMES more than I had thought. I hate this misleading advertising, it is happening A LOT on Amazon lately.UPDATE: Changed my review because Amazon customer service totally fixed my problem, apologized and did the right thing. Here's to Amazon for great customer service, and these diapers really are the best.

Worth the cost
We've tried every brand under the sun, and I mean *every* brand. This one is very absorbant, but like all briefs it really depends on getting a good fit. These were a bit too small for my 100 pound but slender son. We'll try a size up next time.Breathable outside is so much better than plastic-backed diapers, which can get hot and uncomfortable. If you can get the right size, you will have a diaper that is the best on the market.

FINALLY NO MORE ACCIDENTS!!
Can't go wrong with this item. It's the ONLY diaper I use for my special needs daughter who is now 17yrs old. No more accidents or mess. These diapers are worth every penny. Trust me, I've even switched to a different brand because they were cheaper & the very first time using those other diapers, she soiled her clothes because the diapers leaked and couldn't hold all the fluid. I immediately switched back to these diapers and has never looked back.

Great once knew how to use them!
My toddler broke his leg and he was not wanting to go to the toilet at all. I needed some nappies that would fit him as he's a big 4 year old. I came across these and I am so glad I found them. They seem comfortable, hold alot and are really flexible. They seemed like they were abit baggy at the top at first but I found a video which shows how to use them correctly (bottom left and right tabs close upwards and top left and right tabs close downwards) since then have had no issues with these at all. Really happy with them!

Do not waste your money
I dont normally do a review but after the other night I feel it necessary. am a very big lady and they fit around. However the plastic bits are not comfortable and not absorbent. The pad itself is not wide enough in the gusset area. They are not good enough for heavy incontinence and I had a very bad episode the other night. They not good enough for night time. Therefore I do not recommend abena 11 are far better.

Good nappy
Bought these a few times for my son who's 6 as he has out grown the junior ones and leaks through Huggies pull ups regularly he seems very comfortable with these ones on and doesn't leak through as often however we have occasionally had problems with the tape ripping off when trying to fasten the pad

Very good absorbency but the tapes aren't very effective
Very good absorbency but the tapes aren't very effective, especially if you have to take them down. Often even the "second chance tape" won't stick at all. Might be ideal if using the toilet is never an option for you.
