Will this work to help clean the gunk out of an old motorcycle carburetor if i soak it overnight?

If the 'gunk' is due to a build up of grease or oil then yes it would be effective but should never be used to soak something overnight. I have never tried it on cement. I do know that it works on grills and kitchen stoves. So far it has worked on everything that I have tried it on.
