A Very Inexpensive Way To Let Baby Look at Special Photos
I bought this to help my 16 month old grandson learn the names of family and friends. He loves it and often passes over other toys to look at the pictures in it. His attention span is about 30 seconds or less, but he comes back to it again and again. I noticed that some reviewers commented on the photos getting ruined from drool or rough handling. This is the relatively easy method I used, and it has worked perfectly: I inserted the photo files in a Word document, sizing or cropping the image to the size needed to fit inside the plastic sleeves. Then, I printed the Word document on regular copy paper, cut out the photos and laminated each one, so his mom can easily wash them and the book. I made each sleeve the holder for two or three photos of the same person. One sleeve has five photos, making for a total of about 20 photos in this very inexpensive but very cute photo album. I'm ordering two more, one just for family photos and one just for photos taken by his parents, of animals, birds and fish. There is a small sleeve on the front, in the section with the title, "Who loves baby?", so I will put a small appropriate photo to help my grandson know the subject of each album. I'm not at all "crafty" but it came together easily (although it took me several hours to make it) and it turned out to be a very special surprise gift. When you think of the cost of making this little photo album, packaging it and marketing it, it's practically a give-away.

Favorite Baby Gift to Give
Durability and quality of this little photo album are great. Ours has been well loved, looked at daily, and even chewed on for almost 2 years and it is still in great shape. The child carries it around and points out family via the photos that we easy to slip into the sleeves/pages. Great way to keep distant relatives close to the child. One of my favorite gifts/unique gift tag for babies. Generally, I add photos of family of the baby - especially distant grandparents./aunts/uncles. However, It is also presents well and is usable without photos.

Great Gift for Baby Showers, Birthdays, Holidays.
I've purchased MANY of these Sassy Look Photo Books. They're a hit with parents as well as with the intended recipients, their babies and toddlers. Pros: *Small, light gift. Good as a "filler" if you're shipping other things, or as stocking stuffers, or "just because" or if you want to ship something small in an envelope or those small Priority Mail Boxes. *It's floppy and soft. Good for small, uncoordinated hands. *It's plastic. Adults can wipe it clean with a baby wipe. *It's colorful and can hold a kid's attention for a while. *You can put PHOTOS in it! I like to give these with photos of relatives who live farther away and might not be able to visit as much, or photos of people with basic words like "Mom" or "Dad" written on them. *I like to keep one special one hidden and I use the power of its novelty when I need my son or nephew to be quiet for a few minutes, like if I'm paying for a purchase or signing paperwork at an office. Cons: *It's small, light, and might have photos in it, so don't put personal info in it because it's as easy to lose on a walk or at a restaurant as other baby toys. *It's not water-proof. I wouldn't use it in the bath.

A Good Learning Tool For A Baby
The Sassy Developmental Baby Book was ordered for our 7 month old great-grandson. The book is about the size of a photo album for pictures that are 4 X 6 or smaller. It has a soft plastic cover, and has individual slots for pictures. We placed 4 X 6 pictures of her parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and aunts for him to learn about "Who Loves Him". His mother has gone through the book with him frequently since receiving it, and our great-grandchild will look at the picture and then look at the person if in the room. This is a picture book that is well-worth having to help a very young baby learn about his family or perhaps other topics. We would definitely order this book again.

Fun for baby
We purchased this to include pictures of family members who live out of town. Our baby loves this book! We would recommend this, with one small caveat. There are 4 "tabs" with 8 total pages. Each page has a black and white pattern, covered by a clear pocket where you can place a 4x6 photo. Our baby loved looking at the black and white pages, which was great! When infants are very young, their eyesight is helped by looking at high contrast patterns, like those on the pages of this book! We have slowly been inserting family photos in the pages as we get good ones. He also loves to look at the pictures of different family members. I think this book is going to be a favorite for quite awhile because of that. The book is a sturdy, soft foam covered with a waterproof plastic. It seems fairly indestructible for the Under-2 set. The only drawback to this book is that I have been finding it difficult to slide the photos all the way into the pockets. I think this is because the clear plastic/vinyl is thick and stiff, and there is not enough "give" to the page to slide the photos in. They seem to get stuck about 3/4 of the way in. However, after working on it, I have been able to eventually get everything into place. It just takes some finessing. It may make it easier to insert the photos if they are trimmed to slightly smaller than 4x6. Besides that small hiccup, I highly recommend this book to parents of babies!

Fun item
The book is a good design. Don’t print 4X6 photos. The babies will learn to pull them out easily. Go a little smaller so that the photo is fully covered by the sleeve. Very cute for kids and works well. Not too expensive.

Cute & Easy.
Holds six 4x6 photos. The outside is soft, and at the spine is a rubber teether. The photos go in from the inside, so not easy to fall our or baby get out. I wish the pockets were a tad longer because the end of the photos poke out (toward the spine.). This is a fun way for baby to have family pictures. Also it is easy to clean!

Great product!
Great product. So useful for family get-togethers with out of town relatives. It alleviates any anxiety baby has with seeing new faces & relatives LOVE being recognised. Pictures can be easily swapped out with newer ones as time goes by. We printed pictures as 2 or 4 faces per 4x6 picture to fit more people into the limited number of photo slots. Only drawback is that baby can take the pictures out & chew or rip them.

Cute gift idea
Really liked this photo book, although I'm not sure exactly what size the photos are meant to be to fit in, as I had to trim my photos to fit. My baby loves flicking through to find his mama, daddy and brother.
