Compression Shorts, Thick Supportive Gym Shorts for Muscle Recovery. Cross Compression Short for Fitness.

These are compression shorts/underwear that are true to the sizing chart. I ride mtb's and DJs which involves intense use of my gluten, hip flexor and quads. My glutes and hip flexor never felt recovered from ride to ride. These compression shorts gave me more stability and consistency. They are tight though in the right areas while comfortable to wear with a slightly higher waistline which is good for the lower back/sciatica. I've only worn in cooler weather with good results. They breath and dont see a problem in warmer weather. For me, these are for exercise and intense workouts. As has been said, they're twice the avg price of other comp shorts/underwear, you get what you pay for. Handwash, not a problem. I feel more in alignment when wearing these. Yes, I recommend. I take them off after exercise or when going to bed

My husband loves these compression shorts! They are very comfortable, the price is right, the material keeps him cool, they look great on, material is awesome, they support his hips.

I purchased these shorts on June 14, and a little over a month, seams started to rip. I shouldn't be to surprised cause they fit really tight, and give great support, but durability may be an issue. Also, on the shorts it states to machine wash in warm water with delicate detergent and on Anazon itmmentions to hand wash the shorts so that could also be an issue. I still give it 4 stars cause it does give tremendous support and is cheaper than other competitors. I have tried 2 different compression wraps and neither work as well as compared to compression shorts. It is a little tight and you must be careful cause while trying to put it on, you might rip a seam. It works really well and makes a huge difference on groin strain. While wraps keep sliding down, the shorts will stay in place for a more consistent protection.

This really helped with my hip bursitis. I was able to walk without pain.

great while they last - inconsistent quality - I have two pairs, but the second because the fit is great. I had a old groin pull injury and these provide feeling of security. Heavy duty compression. One of the pair had some bad stitching that led to a rip.

My first pair of white McDavid cross compression shorts has served me well for about 3 years and are still doing the job. I wear them for softball. They fit well and really provide good support to my hamstrings. I wanted a second pair, and based on experience, I was willing to pay the kind of steep price of $47 for it. I ordered it in black this time, same size (I'm still the same size), and the item arrived a few days later. I received them 3 days ago and wore them for the first time yesterday at my game. After about an hour, one seam ripped out completely leaving a gaping hole. They are unusable now. The sewing must be defective. I called customer support for the company and waited on hold for a very long time. I finally chose the option to leave a message and request a call back. So far, there has been no response. I will continue to reach out to them and update my review if the situation changes. Update May 24, 2022. The supplier, United Sports Brands, responded and shipped me a new compression short, same size, etc. I could see immediately that the middle seam was not sewn properly. I tried them on, and the seam immediately ripped out, just like the first pair. I contacted United Sports Brands again. I asked if they were receiving similar complaints on the product and they said "no". Note there are several more reviews citing exactly the same defect. They said they would ship another product if they could, but that their supply ran out and it could be months before they get more supply. I just requested my refund. Although this used to be a good product a couple years ago, I advise going with another brand from now on.

High quality suggested by a trainer after hip pull. Strong material easy to put on and take off. Helps with healing.
