Phyllo Dough

Arrived in good condition well packed and cold. Got another product like this and it was warm when it showed up and couldn't be used.

This looked great and was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag. I had high hopes! Then I opened the bag and those hopes diminished. The dough was folded over on itself several times and trying to open it for use did nothing but tear the sheets apart even separating a complete 1/3 of the dough from the rest. I had to pick through gingerly to remove what sheets I could for use but would say that at least half the pack was unusable and I had to scale my recipe way back because of this. It was as if they folded it into the bag and then set heavy weights on top causing the creases to tear through and the sheets to stick 3 and 4 at a time. I won't be buying this brand again.

Great for the baklava! Easy to work with, nice and flaky!

First thing to know is it is SOY Free An absolute must if dealing with soy allergies Worked as it should, nice seperation and flake

Difficult to separate sheets. Worked better when stored in fridge.

I particularly like to know that when I need this item, I can get it quickly. My family has developed a liking for Turkish and Greek foods that require phyllo in many recipes. I've tried other brands from stores, but this is by far the best quality and price I could wish for. I will be loyal to this brand as long as it is available. I absolutely love everything about it! PS. I have watched how this dough is made on You Tube and have much respect and admiration for the skill and craftsmanship required to make this premium dough.

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews. I have been making baklava for 60 years, and this product was the worst fillo dough I have come across. Odd smell, broken pieces, oddly folded, overall not good. I threw it out.

I didn’t realize it needed to be refrigerated. I went to make baklava and the product had molded. 😢
