It turned out I was not able to use this ...
It turned out I was not able to use this product because it contains bee pollen, which I am highly allergic to. I did not see this information posted anywhere but saw it when I received my order of (3) bottles and it was listed in the ingredient section. I was able to contact the seller and I was given a full refund.
