Ordered on 9/15/15, Born on date 6/2014, so it was 15 months old when it was shipped. Minerals don't really "expire" so no real harm in the date made. They were cheap. Yes they do smell, but they contain selenium. It is normal for selenium tablets to have a strong smell. It is the organic form of selenium, which is selenomethionine. This contains methionine which is high in the mineral sulphur. Methionine is found in smelly foods such as eggs, garlic, onions and cruciferous vegetables. Besides the listed minerals the capsules contain: white rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide, vegetarian capsules.

We are all defecient in minerals according to my research. I find this supplement trustworthy of it's claims. I also take other supplements of this brand.
