Recessed Puck Lights, Under Cabinet Lighting 12V Plug In, 3000K Warm White

These are direct replacements for the old style halogen 'pucks' which were the nemesis of everyone a decade ago. They will fit nearly anywhere you need them to and can easily be recessed into a 2 inch by 1/2 inch hole (if you prefer) where the ring around the fixture will hide any imperfections--sort of like a ceiling fixture ring. The lights snap together with included harnesses but you can easily clip off the fittings and wire them however you wish. The transformer provides 12V DC current and the fixtures are sensitive to polarity so keep that in mind if you decide to do a custom job. The light is a soft white and can be dimmed with the included inline manual dimmer. You cannot dim these at the outlet or with a wall switch nor can you change the color or the temp of the light. Once installed, the included 12 V wall wart burned out ( they sometimes do and I am hoping it isn't an ongoing issue) but I had already made a sizeable investment in installing these in a built in bookcase. A text to the seller brought an immediate response and a replacement set in 48 hours. Products sometimes fail and that is an unfortunate fact. But a seller that stands by his product and provides excellent after sales service deserves a special place in my hall of fame. Good product, good seller. Worth buying.

Replaced old, hot halogen lights with these nice bright and cool ones last year. Easy to install using existing wiring, fit in existing holes, and work better then originals.

The lights are basically what they are advertised to be, and seem to be of good quality. However, they are not very bright so I am returning them. The coaxial connectors are smaller than the most common size (008) so I couldn't use other connectors I had in place when I tried to replace the existing cabinet lights. I think they are 009. The dimmer works very well and I liked that the transformers did not require a minimum load.

I've spent a fortune on electricians to try to have these lights installed with switches that make the lights dimmable . . . all for naught. They strobe instead!!! You definitely don't want that!!! The best we could do to date is switch them with simple on-off switches. And even at that, one set of lights will strobe unless the lights are left on all the time. That set of lights has been on for 4 months! I guess, at least, that this is a testament to their longevity . . . if you don't care that they won't dim. If these lights are advertised as dimmable, then they should be sold with switches, cords and transformers that are compatible and allow the lights to dim. At the very least, information should be added with model numbers for compatible equipment. These are useless as-is.

I bought 4 packages of 6 units, in one of these packages there were only 3 units and in another one was missing the splitter, otherwise good product.

6000K color is amazing. See photos. Accents my backsplash and counters to their true colors. So brilliant. Did NOT need any of the harness or switches included in packaging. I just wired it into the pre existing wire install. I just cut the old potlight wires and wired the new 6000K light on. Very simple install. Not sure if they will dim nicely as i DONT have a dimmer switch on the wall

I have been slow at installing these and those that I have installed have one bad feature. There is a long delay from switching on and the light luminating. Many LED lights have delays but this on is long. The light is very bright and I will get used to the delay in time.

This was the only product that fit my existing lights. Was so happy to find it. First order, there were brackets missing on a light. Seller delay in responding by which time I returned the product and re-ordered. Second order was missing a part. Seller was very responsive and offered a refund. Third order arrived with no issues. Time will tell regarding the durability of this product but for the time being it suits my needs. These delays cost me $$ to have my electrician come in twice. Not happy about that.
