Is the Frosted Pearl color actually pearly looking? I'm trying to decide between Majestic Yellow, Frosted Pearl, and Plumberry. Thanks.

Yes, it is. I’ve heard it described as “like wedding-cake frosting,” “if Barbie had a KitchenAid,” and “snow-sparkle white.” While all those are mostly true, it’s really more subtle than that in person. Those descriptions hold truer if it’s side-by-side with other colors of white. I had it next to Milk Shake and the high-gloss, standard White.  It looked a little Barbie in comparison because the Milk Shake is somewhere between a soft, matte, light cappuccino and dull grey-beige, and the White is very stark and VERY glossy, almost plasticky-looking. I sent those back and kept the Frosted Pearl, and I love it! By itself, it is a soft white with a subtle pearlescence. The silver trim pieces and the glass bowl make it look graceful and pretty, and not so industrial looking.

Is the "Antique Copper" actually copper construction, or is it just a paint color?

It is a paint color. And it doesn't look very much like copper. Awesome mixer but I was not impressed with the color.
