I love the Wilton brand for the natural oils used as opposed to synthetically overpowering fragrance used in the big brands. I loved the cedar wood and the jasmine fragrance, so thought I’d try the patchouli too. I have to say I really can’t detect any patchouli at all in this. I’d describe the fragrance as more of a fresh pine. Thankfully, I like the smell of pine 😊 As with all the Wilton products, I’ve not had any adverse skin reactions like I do with supermarket brands. These brands may be cheaper, but for the clean and natural ingredients used, I’m happy to pay the higher price.

This smells SO good! All Wilton products do but the new santal fragrance is something special. It just says 'luxury' At lingers nicely on your clothes without being overpowering. It is a non biological detergent so can be used on all your delicates including wool and silk and so far I'm impressed with the cleaning results, especially considering that this is a pretty clean brand without all the nasty chemicals. Other clean brands are sometimes let down on performance due to the lack of the powerful chemicals but not this one. The fabric conditioner from this line is also excellent

Smells good

The best thing about this laundry liquid is definitely the scent. It has a distinct lavender scent and right after washing it's quite strong ( even too strong for me). After a day or so it fades slightly, but it still leaves a pleasant fragrance on your clothes. You can tell it's a manufactured scent rather than natural lavender, but it doesn't come across as overly artificial like many supermarket brands. If you're a lavender lover, you'll probably enjoy it because your clothes and your wardrobe will keep that lavender scent for quite a while.

Don't think I will ever buy anything else from now on, this does the job and smells wonderful

Beautiful smell!

I absolutely love the product but the items that were delivered today arrived in awful condition. Good that another seller (honey) packed their product very well because otherwise everything would have been destroyed. Part of the liquid leaked and the whole packaging got wet. Great product but the sellers should take better care of how they pack it for deliveries. Last time I ordered it, there was a much smaller leak, so I didn't even report it, but here it was just awful. The Royal Mail put it in a plastic bag because the whole packaging was falling apart.

Yes, this detergent is expensive (though I have seen it on offer at times), but it is excellent in terms of cleaning, fragrance and ease of use. I have a number of items that have washing instructions stating no optical brighteners - something that nearly all of the detergents I have seen have in some form or another. I saw that Wilton did not have optical brighteners and was suitable for a wide variety of fabrics, so I thought I would give it a chance: it turned out to be such a success that I have purchased all four fragrance ranges. Patchouli is my personal favourite as it has a layer of scents and remains on the clothes after washing and drying without being overpowering. I find that some detergents/softeners are so strong that I can smell them in my neighbour's garden as they dry their washing outside. I suffer from dermatitis and psoriasis but I have not developed any reaction to the scents used in the product. Another note is the tendancy for the bottle to leak if purchased from elsewhere, as was my experience when receiving a soggy piece of cardboard in an evidence bag from the Royal Mail over Christmas. Thankfully, the bottles from Amazon have a seal around the cap and are delivered in their own plastic bag.

Shipping/packaging process requires improvement. Bottle leaked in transit. Lost 1/3 bottle contents as result. Disappointing. Product does what it says - pleasant fragrance & cleaning agent.
