Be very careful when you choose.
The product is absolutely fine and the sellers tried hard to be helpful. My problem was with the page on Amazon, which makes it very difficult to choose the correct option. There are 4 different signs, but I did not realise that, as the 4 little pictures that you click on were all the same. So I ended up with a nice sign, with my granddaughter's name printed nicely, but not the one I wanted. I wanted '------'s Room. Wizards Welcome, Muggles Tolerated', as shown in the main picture, and in all four of the little 'option' boxes. That picture is also shown on my order. So when it arrived, I clicked 'Not what I ordered', explained the problem, and asked if I could please have the sign I ordered. I was delighted when they said they would send another, I thought that was very good of them. Unfortunately, they sent another the same as the first, not the one I wanted. I thought I would just have to put up with the wrong sign, which was very nice. However, the sellers offered me another sign, so finally I got the right one. So be careful! The order page is difficult to use correctly, due to all the pictures being the same, and if you complain, they kindly mean to help, but in my case, at first they did not seem to understand the problem. I would have given 5 stars for the product and for the helpfulness of the sellers, but I have given 4 because it took so long.

It as good quality as I hoped
It was a bit flimsy and really not the best quality, the ‘string’ wasn’t as in the picture - it was a white ribbon which I didn’t really think fitted with the rustic look of the picture.However the recipient (11 year old girl) of this gift loved it

Quaint
You get what you pay for with this. It’s quaint, but the edges are rough, the holes weren’t fully punched out and when I removed them, they marked the front. The string is quite flimsy too.For a child’s bedroom it’s okay but not quite the quality I was hoping for.

It's alright.
The board itself is lovely although smaller than I thought (maybe my fault for not double checking measurments) the rope with its is tacky and rubbish so I will be replacing it with my own.

Good board but need to buy string to hang they sent q really poor silver bit of ribbon which is not how its shown in the picture so its still not been hung up as the ribbon makes it look really tacky

Brilliant
My daughter was so excited when this came. It was a little bit smaller than expected but it fitted perfectly with my daughters room. She is a potter-head and loves her room more and more every day. i would recommend this product . PS: I love how you can customize

Good
Arrived earlier than expected. Good quality. Clearly written and as advertised. Ribbon to hang it not really suitable. Maybe string to make it look more rustic or nails/screws provided as an alternative. Would order again.

Looks good.
My daughter loves it. Only thing the holes aren't drilled threw to put the ribbon threw to hang up but abit of double sided tape did the job.
