Not licensed and poor quality.
It is a XL shirt, but it is obviously poorly printed with streaks on the picture, the picture on the shirt is not fully opaque, and the image isn't centered and is small for the size. I definitely got what I paid for and will be more careful in the future. Maybe if you wanted something like this a smaller size shirt would be better in regards to shirt to image proportion but probably anything larger than a Medium (MAYBe) and Grunkle Stan looks like he shrunk on the shirt. Keep in mind that this is not an officially licensed item. (Which is what it is advertised as)

Do Not Purchase
Ordered a size larger than needed and shirt was still too small. Very short t-shirt. Washed one time and shrunk over two sizes. Now it is unwearable. Very disappointed with this purchase.
